We check our email every day and should respond within 24 hours with a confirmation.
Please include the dates and what sort of rooms you had booked.
We will not charge you for the cancellation as long as you give us at least
2 days notice, even then we will not charge you if we are able to re-let the
room.
If we need to charge you the charge will be the price of the first nights
accommodation.
