Making a B&B Booking
We now offer an instant online availability check and booking facility.
This facility will let you make most bookings instantly but if your requirements don't match the standard cases we have set up or if you prefer to speak to a real person please ring us on +44 (0)1451 831 888 or email us.
If you would like to make a firm booking we will ask you for credit or debit card details to hold the room.
The Credit/Debit Card details we require are;
- Card Number
- Card holders name & initials as they appear on the card
- Card dates - Valid from & Valid to dates
- Issue number (if present)
- Security code (the 3 digit number which follows the card number on the signature strip)
- The name of the bank that issued the card
- Cardholders full billing address
Cancellation Conditions
We ask for 48 hours notice of cancellation. If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice we will charge you for the first night's accommodation.
